New Construction Industrial Manufacturing Facility
Sternberg Electric was able to design-build a Value Engineering package for this project to help save the customer money without sacrificing quality.
The facility itself is all new construction built from the ground up and consists of approximately 30,000 square feet of heavy industrial manufacturing and about 12,000 square feet of office space.
Specialty Industrial Wiring Methods
The manufacturing of petroleum and liquid handling parts and equipment has us involved with several different wiring methods which include class 1 division 1 locations and class 1 division 2 locations.
The project consists of installing commercial wiring methods such as:
- MC cable and EMT on lighting and branch circuit wiring
- Explosion-proof wiring methods in the classified locations of the industrial facility
- This specific project also includes a paint/spray booth, sand blasting booth and a steam/test slab where petroleum liquids are steamed out to a safe level for repairs.
